until our hostages are out, we're not sleeping

Critical support for the NYT coming out strong for recreational methamphetamine abuse, it's not even an election year and they're acknowledging the existence of rural America, almost brings a tear to my eye

Maybe there is hope for the libs after all

They can't even pretend to give a single fuck about people in Gaza. If somebody tried to put an empty chair at the table with a piece paper saying "For Gazans" - they'd surely go into a rage.

The paper could read: "Innocent Gazan toddlers who have denounced Hamas & opened a small business in the last year" and they'd still throw a hissy fit. Anything less than enthusiastically clapping at calls for a final solution must be condemned.

somberly walking down the line, occasionally stopping to tape a sign to one of the hostages' names: "killed by idf carpet bombing"

The IDF will bomb the hostages and NY Zionists will sip champagne while they clap.

I'm pretty sure they stole this idea from a DV awareness group. Forget which one, but they used to set up tables in public too only the empty seats represented women murdered by their spouses. Obviously, I don't think it's possible to own a concept, but at the same time I can't help but get angry when cynical interests take inspiration from groups that actually help people.
