I have to say this website has been really eye opening for me but in specific regard to like how other people have interacted with and experienced certain political movements. I'm realizing just how exceptionally right wing my associates and relatives are. I've never once in my life been shamed for not being vegan enough, rather the complete opposite. I've only ever been called a piece of shit for not eating enough animals. Same thing with a lot of things I see here. If I met a person who got mad at me for not being vegan enough, or not leftist enough, or whatever, I think I'd fall to their feet and weep in happiness. But I realize that's not everyone's experience, so it's weird for me to consider.
