    Always a great sign of a properly functioning healthcare system when you have to argue with your doctor to take your symptoms seriously cause they "don't see anything" so they're "unsure why your even in here" :)

      Gf gained a fuck ton of weight in over a year. Very very not a case of just being lazy due to her job at the hospital and us just being active people. Thyroid? Cushings? Tumor on some sort of adrenal or pituitary gland to fuck up her hormones in a way that was never there? Plus a shit ton of other side effects that points towards something?

      Nope. Doctor literally called her a fat piece of shit and told her to work out and eat better. We waited months for this and had to pay hundreds of dollars even though she has insurance.
