So I’ve decided to return to the ranks of the swoletariat, but in a healthier way: more lean muscle and functional strength, and less “yo my forearms are JACKED.” That means bodyweight, for the most part, because I can do it anywhere and my fucking knees are shot from a horribly bad choice to enlist in late 2000. Other than Reddit’s bodyweight sub routine, anyone have a fav program?

I like the reddit one, I’ve been doing it for a year now and feel like I’ve made good progress.

I used the reddit one (with rings), but used the Pavel Tsoulain's Russian Fighter Progressions to break through plateaus, and added the 5/3/1 accessories of 50 reps of push, pull, and core.

I had a lot of success there, especially on dips. My bench skyrocketed in the months I didn't touch a barbell.
