Veganism isn't about eating impossible burgers at KFC, it's about doing everything possible to abolish animal exploitation. Just as you can't fight for workers while going out of your way to oppress them, you can't fight for animals and eat them if you could just as easily not. Eating plant-based is the bare minimum, not the goal.
