I want it for counterarguments against "capitalism is good at motivating workers"

I think I remember hearing that people work 1.5 hours of each 8-hour workday or something?

    Counterpoint: People at work can't slacking off, since they are at work, not free to do what they want to do with their time. So even slacking off is working in the sense of capitalism (see also upper management). Therefore there is also a class war against the working class esp. the lower levels in which stuff like "breach of contracts" and "firings" are fabricated and supported by the power of violence (police/courts).
