It’s happening here and there we notice. Edits in the system to a time earlier than we left. Just a couple of minutes but sometimes chunks like 20.

What can we “threaten” them with (there is a “how can we make things better” board I have been writing pro-labor stuff on.

I thought about saying we will go to the state Dept of Labor, contact the Federal Dept of Labor, the NLRB, or even our (worthless) union.

Essentially I want to help scare them into not fucking with us. I have a huge chunk (more than half) of the people on my shift who agree with me (and they are all the good, effective workers).

My job just had the entire receiving team walk off, and 7 people from produce did the next day. Management is weak.

EDIT:::

Tried to talk to people and I got laughed at and mocked and jokes were made. No one took me serious about trying to make things better for us, yet they bitch and moan all the time about conditions and our bosses.

    Just being cautious for now. Not everyone is on board with petitions or March on the bosses.

      Filing a complaint with the labor board can be done without any of your coworkers needing to know.

        I understand. My larger, overall goal was to organize us. Every attempt has been shut down by management and (worthless) trade union I’m in. And now it’s done by my fellow workers and “friends”
