Yeah I dream rarely but when I do, there's visuals. It's not 1st person tho, I'm often not in my dreams and when I am it's like the POV is a camera in the corner watching me. But most the times, I'm just watching a dream scene playout like watching a movie.

I think I read somewhere that dreams use a different part of the brain then what you use for visualization but I'm too lazy to look for a source.
