  • I would look in NY. The city itself is expensive but would probably be the best as far as not being full of chuds or racist liberals.

Upstate is going to fair well with climate change I think; no major natural disasters and lots of fresh water and farming. Finger lakes region will pry fair best for climate change but its kind of rural and expensive and wasn’t for me, personally.

Buffalo will be accepting and fairly cheap and is the biggest city upstate. Rochester has its goods and bads but is overall pretty nice and inexpensive with a lot of job opportunities. I live in Syracuse and it will fair well for climate change and is inexpensive but probably has the largest chud population of the major upstate cities.

  • I get that and I was afraid I would come across too much like that’s what I’m saying. I don’t believe rugged individualism will save us from climate disaster. When it boils down though, if a goal is to, say, make these oil and gas companies accountable, that is going to be giving up your car eventually. Because there will be no gas on a consumer level. Or if we want to give up factory farming, there will be no more McDonald’s because food cannot and should not be that cheap to produce. I just don’t believe that the average person realizes that in order to achieve actual progress when it comes to climate change, eventually your treats will need to be curved or extinguished altogether.

I don’t take it too seriously, so I enjoy the show, mostly. However, something else not discussed here is that there’s too many fucking characters. The young black girl and the girl questioning her sexuality are pretty much pointless. The pizza delivery guy, while kind of funny, also didn’t need to be there. The past two seasons they’ve introduced a new villain character just to immediately kill them off that same season.

Hot take but most of the time when I see people complain about phones it’s cause they have an android. Not an Apple boot locker but iPhones are just much more user-friendly

Going wild and yet people are so done with it it doesn’t even appear to matter in most people’s minds yet(I’m in upstate)
