Management overworks, underpays and makes you feel miserable with "KPIs" (key performance indicator) that are saddled with unrealistic expectations- while consistently threatening you with termination and making you the shield of an angry public against AI.

Update:

My class is so large the DMV made two separate lists and I'm on the second list so that means I test tomorrow. Sure I'm really anxious but I have more time to study and the weather will be better tomorrow.

Also so far everyone's passed so that means if they can do it, I can do it!

Once I pass, I'll enter RSPT (revenue service prep training) and I'm gold!
