hey, what ya mean? Droidcam is actually perfect for me, I use it for Zoom, video calls, meets, you name it!

The only issue was reliability and I apparently just had to have v4l2loopback running in the background, and I solved that by creating a script and running that script to open Droidcam

I think that's a good rule, but it's not for everyone, i.e., People actually would like to see their money do good, (it's easier to see a thankful smile on someone than get a digital message on a website) and let's not forget, people would have to do their own research before donating, because let's be honest, there so many scammy non-profits made to make money for their corporate overlords (not to mention the conversion rate), if a non-profit is separately pooling money for administration expenses, I would be more likely to trust them. I am not saying most homeless people dupe you into giving them money which they later use for exotic stuff, but many do. I really am not blaming them, maybe drugs are the only relief they have in their lives, I don't know, but I can't refute the argument that that money would do more damage than good.

I guess this comment makes more sense now, you are right, it's probably not useful to read these messages. But, a counterpoint could be people who are in a really bad situation and are in that space make bad decisions.

i.e., It depends very much on how the person perceives the situation. I have heard of 16-year-olds offing themselves because of something really stupid, so maybe if we read suicide notes which are so obviously wrong in their approach, maybe that will help people realize that even though you think there is no way, there probably is one.

Terrible education and bad priorities doomed this country. Having a billion people is useless if they are not well-educated. I know this tale way too well, this is the reason why people who can leave this country do leave it and most who can send their children abroad for education do send them there.
