I’m very much a citizen of the world, but garlic is a bit too Italian for my palate.

Buying into big soap traps you into a consumerist cycle of stripping out your precious bodily fluids and replacing them with synthetic GMO forever chemical scents. It disrupts your natural endocrine systems and also damages your genetic pheromonal scents.

You’re really limiting yourself without an ontological reason aside from performative tailist schemas.

No ethical consumption under capitalism means I am allowed to eat anyone I can kill with my bare hands.

You might not have heard: I work in murders and executions.

I have a 7:30pm reservation tonight at Eleven Madison. Chef and owner Daniel Humm runs a fully plant-based restaurant and just two days ago was awarded three Michelin stars. The Financial Times called his vegan menu “a bold vision of luxury dining”.

The full 11-course menu for dinner at Eleven Madison costs $365 a person before wine and cocktail pairings — $30 more than Eleven Madison’s first 10-course vegan menu in June 2021.

The new October service includes a celtuce steamed dumpling with salad and avocado, tomato broth with tofu and lemon verbena, corn with rice and chanterelle mushrooms and grilled squash with poblano pepper and seitan. The poached eggplant with tomato, coriander and shiso is my personal favorite.

While some gatekeeping leftist extremists might say this high cost defeats the purpose of veganism, I think it’s a small price to pay for animal liberation.

All animals are equal. I see no difference between the blood of a hamster and the blood of a human. This is not an arbitrary example, I have stains from both on my travertine Brunello Cucinelli oxford dress shirt and need to have it dry-cleaned before this weekend.
