We cleaned the whole house this past week! Finally unpacked some happy old memories, and I'm feeling more grounded and present than I have in years.
This is the best news I've heard in months
cool cool cool cool cool ◉‿◉
I am not okay :yea: :desolate:
I can directly relate, and while I understand that no one in the comments can be expected to pull a miracle of an answer here; I'm frustrated that the only answer is get a therapist IF THATS AFFORDABLE. For me and my partner it isn't affordable, not to mention finding a therapist that is experienced with LGBTQ+ neurodivergent folks. All I can say OP is that I agree Taking care of yourself IS taking care of your partner. I haven't found a better solution yet myself, but diversifying where you each draw strength from is the best way to help each other more. Take care of your bodies, get your water, sunlight, and vitamins and take it one day at a time. :soviet-heart: :trans-heart:
Well write that down! ✍️ ✍️ :brainworms:
Guys, why does no one discuss the actual thread topic in these? Hello?

I gotta say, it explains a lot. I feel like I've been waking up from a dream this past month after over a year of thick brain fog
