1/17 inches ~= 1.5 mm And so on and so on.
I need legal advice. Is it illegal to take trash off the shelves and put it in the proper receptacle within the store?
Also seen it on iOS. Classic call sign of the silver legion.
No heat signature from an engine either. Seems like a great weapon, and almost so obvious in its simplicity. The western MIC would never be able to cut out a whole department like that though. More complex = more costly = growth.
I recommend growing food to everyone. Even if it’s just a lettuce bowl or a kitchen herb garden. I’m not some luddite against industrial agriculture, but there’s something to be said for having a personal relationship with your food, not to mention increased resiliency for you and your community.
Folks, get a load of this blog post I saw on :reddit-logo: https://archive.ph/rCVsB “Rheinmetall from Germany negotiates with Ukraine construction of tank factory to build KF51 Panther”
Armin Papperger [chairman of rheinmetall] also stated that the new factory could be protected against aerial threats from the Russian army through the deployment of air defense systems. Currently, Ukraine needs 600-800 tanks to achieve victory over Russian forces.
He can’t possibly have that poor of an understanding, right? This has to be some kind of grift and/or empty hype.
This bit was interesting though:
Without prior preparation, it fits into the AMovP-4L profile, something no other current main battle tank upgrade can do
That’s apparently some military train standard.
This was excellent, thank you. I’m 100% here for more geology posting, especially with the global context you and @cynesthesia are providing. I know Gallium is used in radars and some other electronics, what’s the deal with that? I think looking at the relationships between the earth and global power structures is really interesting and bound to be informative and maybe even predictive. Talk about material analysis!
I hadn’t realized you were a geologist… the other day someone was asking about all the new lithium discoveries… is it the case that people basically know what parts of the crust contain lithium and it’s just a matter of finding the vein? How many more “largest ever” deposits should we expect?
:obama-spike: uh, let me be clear… that was a joke.
The one I saw was monkeys at near lethal doses of mdma, but it was like 10 years ago.
Ever have a sleeping baby and a toddler in the car? Like many things, it’s not the technology (meaning the restaurant with a couple holes in the side) that is inherently bad, it is the systems around it. I can imagine good drive throughs. (Dropping into Obama voice mayo pete style) A drive through where no one would have to pull up and wait for an employee to run across the parking lot. A drive though where technology could bring many people their food at once, without having to make teenagers roller skate it to you like some kind of 1950s Amish. A drive through where the food wasn’t laxative.
Someone asked him how, knowing that his wealth necessarily comes at the immiseration of others, how the fuck does he sleep at night?
I’ve heard that for MDMA, but amphetamines?
Wait. What? Is that a USAF pilot flying in Ukraine?
