    Legit had a mild argument with my family over a couple of days and I think they absolutely hated it when I said they were repeating Fox News talking points about Cuba and Venezuela

      Step dad who is a super Christian, business owner and landlord said I should move to insert socialist country here if I like it so much. And asked how people would be paid to buy things if we didn’t have money.

        For the most part there is no convincing them through rhetoric. Often any progress made in changing a perspective is lost to media exposure by the next conversation. Propaganda is pervasive and anticommunism is part of their identity.

        “The meek shall inherit the earth.” Sounds pretty radical to me.
