I typically bathe twice a day, hot water and a rough towel seem to work fine. There's an engineer who developed a bacterial spray that simulates the skins natural biome who hasn't bathed in over a decade, but the guy looks kinda like Danny Devito and is probably not the best spokesperson. https://www.cbsnews.com/boston/news/cambridge-company-says-live-bacteria-spray-will-keep-you-clean/

No one did clinical trials on people taking showers every day. So what's the basis for assuming that that is a healthy practice

this guy is a sicko lmao

isn't hot water bad for your skin though? it dries it out super bad.

idk i don't think i can ever get on board with the "no soap" thing, i have a very keen sense of smell and i find it's hard enough to be around people at the best of times

i also live in florida though so :vivian-shrug:

Yeah hot water isn't exactly the best thing but I sweat a lot and I'm not taking lukewarm showers for the rest of my life.

they're honestly pretty refreshing once you get used to them, but i think (like the rest of this conversation) this is gonna very much be a "to each their own" kind of thing
