I can't find Eugene V Dabs' "Yankees vs Tankies" video where it compares the clip of the Chinese tank stopping in front of tank-man, with footage of some US soldiers in Iraq running a tank over some guy's car just because they're mad at him.
The comment section in general is really a testament to how the accusation of "Whataboutism" is simply liberal projection. Even if China were this 1984 Torture Circus like propaganda paints it as, trying to deflect to it or Russia/Iran/etc at every criticism of Burgerland should logically disqualify you from using the term.
