Wait, I thought they were supposed to be "liberating" those students from the Russian "oppressors", why does he want to kill them?

Really giving the game away there, libs are perfectly aware this began as a civil war and fully back the Ukrainian state's ethnic cleansing policies

To me, this demonstrates a lack of understanding, not a total understanding. They just don't know shit about the situation (minor details like the fact that they would consider most of these kids to be Ukranian) but are happy to shout "Russia Bad."

There's a reason you can pry libs away from supporting wars over time -- eventually the facts come out (for example, more and more press admitting that there are Nazis in Ukraine), and some of them will respond to that. They just aren't going to sift through the propaganda on their own.

Naming all the bad wars we've fought (which lots of libs will agree were bad in highlight) and then asking "and you're telling me this one is different?" isn't a bad approach.

The Biden allegations thread is one of the most upvoted threads in that sub's history, which is cool. But all the comments are like "Yeah this is bad but I'm still going to vote for him". Sad thing is thats BETTER than what I expected considering lib's usual reaction to that situation.

But yeah I think one of the top mods of that sub also mods E_S_S so its expected.
