Being generous, I think he means a segment of them were very distinctly Nazis and saying that group "differs so much from Nazis" is silly. The fact that the national identity of Ukraine has shifted so heavily into being anti-soviet and pro-OUN is a shame. Ukraine is actively erasing their own history to placate the west in hopes of access to the global capitalist pie for their upper class.
