The only one worth negotiating with is the USA! Just ask the Delaware, Iroquois Confederacy, Cherokee, Choctaw, Chickasaw, Mohawk, Cayuga, Onondaga, Oneida, Seneca, Tuscarora Nation, Shawnee, Miami, Ottawa, Ojibwe, Potawatomi, etc. (I only got to the broken treaties up to 1800s )
