Its honestly disgusting how Biden thinks its a story that makes himself look good. In his own old rascist mind, Biden is the "bigger man" because he "lowered himself" to apologize to Corn Pop. He presestes Corn Pop ("a bad dude, who ran with a gang of bad boys") as a savage who is bewildered at the concept of Joe apologizing to him.
