I wouldn’t put it past them but in this case, it’s more that Israel understands they got
bootlickers on their side and are incorporating them into the mix.
The second one seems randomly generated; the account has the symbol of the Indian National Congress and a name of Arabic origin, which isn't the kind of person in India most likely to have anti-Muslim/anti-Palestine beliefs. Then again, there are people with all sorts of incoherent beliefs, so who knows.
