    The utility calculation is dead simple

    I want to know what kind of backup plans these people have in mind, if it really is so important that Trump does not become president again. I'm just saying, if enough people refuse to acknowledge the legitimacy of injust laws (y'know, like the explicitly undemocratic ones which let Trump win last time) and carry out disruptive protests (at the bare minimum) against it, it becomes harder for that law to stay intact. Which is kind of important, since there hasn't been much success in getting rid of terrible, unpopular laws through the "proper" channels. It doesn't even interfere with voting, so it's not like they have an excuse to not plan for that.

      I've never heard these people talk about what the plan is supposed to be if Trump gets elected. If it's such a dire emergency, what's the contingency? Do a liberal January 6th?
