My partner recently accused me of being a robot with no emotions because I didn't find songs about Disney Channel producer groomer-groomee relationships to be appealing. I do, in fact, have emotions -- my overriding one right now is that I really like Black Sabbath. Therefore, my playlist is basically all Orchid, Monolord, Castle Rat, Windhand, and Electric Wizard right now because GOD DAMN IT I need something to drown out the tween pop and I'm not angsty enough to run with Carcass and Bolt Thrower this week.

My ex played Olivia Rodrigo throughout our breakup and I just can't listen to her at all. Her voice just triggers me like crazy. Honestly though the music was p mid though so idk I'm not mad about it

You broke up and had to listen to your ex's breakup cope music?

I'm guessing you lived together but I'm sorry.

Check out Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats. Night Creeper, Bloodlust, and Mind Control are my fav albums by them

They're basically Sabbath meets Frank Frazetta, and they just released their first EP. Castle Rat is what happens when a bunch of Brooklyn theater kids get let out of the COVID basement. In other words, lots of cliché doom riffs and underboob.
