    I feel like at some point the conclusion is actually that the west simply does not actually find antisemitism to be a real problem, I think this rhetoric misidentifies what the actual problem is, which is widespread opposition to imperialism, colonialism, and the uniting genocidal islamophobia of the west.

    They aren't blind to the real classic antisemites still operating as usual, they just don't include them on the threat charts. I would draw a comparison to how white nationalists don't 100% rationally believe "anti-white racism" to be a legitimate threat to themselves, but they do understand the rhetoric as useful in pursuing mass violence against nonwhite populations.
