I really want his prison arc where he wins and governs from his cell and decides not to pardon himself because he's become the king of the jail.

There's a good chance he takes one of the classic "candidate at the polls on election day" photos and it makes liberals cry about voter fraud for weeks because nobody cares.

Technically he can because it's only illegal for felons who were convicted in Florida to vote in Florida, NY felons can move to Florida (or in this case already live there) and vote all they want

I thought felons could vote once they'd completed the terms of their sentence, but the state legislature just redefined that to mean paying back the state for your free prison lodging.

i'm guessing/hoping that he'll at least be on probation in november, but it's possible that he'll manage to pay that off

He actually faces a serious sentence

Biden leans on the NY governor to pardon Trump 'to prove liberals are above that/to show the importance of unity'

Trump wins the election, immediately tries to get Biden tried for treason vis a vis border security

Class E penalty carries no minimum sentence, so long as the court agrees that the normal minimum of 1 year is too harsh.

That's the gist of the penal code
