minus-squareKiagz [she/her]hexbear11·4 days agoI believe the bare minimum is 100 pg/ml (367 pmol/l), with the standard rule being to go no higher than 200 pg/ml (734 pmol/l). But it should be fine to go beyond 200 pg/ml, as long you're using a bioidentical estrogen type and not premarin. link
