Even considering the natural process of aging - it's not just his voice. He's seems like an entirely different person compared to the walking corpse husk level of "Bidenness" he now has. In comparison - if you went back ~10 years and found any old rando clip of Bernie - he'd be Bernie 10 years younger. He'd have more vim and vigor of course but the essential "Bernieness" would be very similar.
