In hindsight, I should've just assumed that the occupation regime in Mni Sota Makoce would've been represented by Prince. I remember going to some sort of Prince exhibit at a museum when I was in the area around Bdóte as a teenager, this would've been not too long after he died. I don't actually have that much of a relationship to Prince aside from that one Animaniacs joke and knowing the whole deal about his name and general persona, but I probably should actually try listening to his music.
