Looks like a string of sites have shut down over fears about being unmasked and legal action being taken against fmovies, who were running most of the sites.
https://kaido.to/home is being discussed as an alternative. I am unfamiliar and can't vouch for it at this time though.
https://4anime.gg/ still exists and works too.

It has filtering options, multiple dubs, and subtitles for multiple languages. The big one is filtering. You can ignore all of the harem/isekai/softcore porn slop. It gets its content from another site, but that one doesn't have search filtering. You'll want an ad blocker.
