The situation between Hezbollah and Israel is rapidly escalating, with massive bombing campaigns on southern Lebanon by Israel predominantly on civilians (as the tunnels in South Lebanon are mostly unreachable to the Zionists, just like in Gaza), while Hezbollah and its allies respond with missile attacks predominantly on Israeli military facilities. Israel is spreading an evacuation order to the residents of southern Lebanese villages while also bombing their routes of escape and civilian infrastructure, similar to a terror tactic used widely in Gaza.
Northern Israel is currently under military censorship to hide their losses, so we get very little information other than what the Resistance provides and what videos and images get through the censors.
I don't know if Israel will dare a ground incursion soon, but it seems fairly likely in the coming days or weeks.

He also co-hosts The Duran, which is more explicitly conservative, racist, sexist, transphobic, anti-communist, etc when guests are invited on, but is just about tolerable when it's just the two of them if you want a little more analysis.
Simplicius, who publishes on Substack. Like others, his political analysis should be soundly ignored, but his knowledge of weaponry and military strategy is generally quite good.

Based on what I’ve experienced last time with all the Russia defenders on this site when I criticized Russia, there are very passionate people who definitely care.
Besides, all the people who keep dismissing what I’ve said on this thread have offered zero basis as to how Russia would end up “better” with Putin gone.
It is worrying enough that Putin still hasn’t chosen a successor, and that can only mean political instability and massive power vacuum in the country when he eventually dies.
You can’t appreciate Putin until you’ve followed Russian politics long enough. All of his potential replacements are reactionary shitheads. There are politicians who openly talked about using tactical nukes in Ukraine to scare off NATO. These are the people that Putin is being pressured by every day.
Like, despite what the Western propaganda portrays, Putin is possibly one of the most moderate, one of the most dovish politicians in Russia. The country that he has barely managed to glue together over the past 20 years is still extremely fragile. When Putin dies, the country is going to turn fascist before collapsing into total disarray from internal contadictions and power struggles.
