EM POC ONLY!!!

This is home for me.

I love all of my comrades on c/em_poc, but I wanna especially give a huge shoutout to @sweet_pecan@hexbear.net for doing a lot to help me keep my composure. I don't know if they quite realize how much I appreciate them!

Each and every single one of you makes me feel less alone through these struggles, though.

I hope all of you are well! sankara-bass

There's 1,000-something comments in each one and I dunno how you keep track of anything like that. Not to mention, shit posting and reading shitposts already makes me feel a bit guilty since that time could have been spent reading theory.

    My face just turns into:

    o___o

    ....when I see the megas.

I guess it just feels a bit like a chronological xitter feed, but way better. And it's comfy to hang out in them and chat to people. I guess it's more for downtime, if I was in reading theory mode I might be on news mega, but probably not on hb at all haha. I do venture outside the megas too, but they're the first thing I usually check

      Which theory are you reading?

Revolutionary Suicide by Huey Newton and vol. 1 of Kapital. Also have Naked Lunch by William S. Burrows and Sum by David Eagleman for fiction. Been skimming through Lies My Teacher Told Me on my phone (since I have a copy there).

I should get in on the Will to Change group since it's free and only like 100 pages.

Uh, let's see here, I've read some basic ML reading list stuff, like "The State et Revolution", "Principles of Communism", "Socialism: Utopian and Scientific", to name a few

Besides that, "Capital Volume 1-2" fully, and I'm in the process of doing volume 3 (you can look onto c/theory)

(Ngl, I'm kinda a dummy, on Volume 2 and 3 is not doing better)
