If a poor person is transphobic I'm not gonna consider them an ally just because they're poor. It makes sense she feels the same way about poor white people as a black person.

Allyship is a lib concept and is not comparable to solidarity. Just because words are vaguely related doesn't make them the same.

No one is talking about allyship.

Obviously such a person would not be an trans ally if they were transphobic, by definition.

People can still organize around class struggles despite being poor allies in other respects. The Young Patriots loves the Confederate flag, but Fred Hampton banded together in solidarity with them against capitalist oppressors all the same, despite the poor allyship the YP showed with their use of pro-slavery signage.

Or put another way: If anyone is stupid enough to think Settlers should be read and interpreted uncritically, it would mean the majority of this site's yt users should log off and stop organizing, as they don't constitute a revolutionary proletariat. Even j. sakai walked back the views a bit later (although I still think they are a fed, writing a giant book about how workers are racially incapable of organizing together and non-whites should spurn the comradery of white comrades is just too an FBI narrative IMO)
