On the one hand it is abelist. On the other hand language is an evolving dance and those people are idiots.
Now, there is a better way to describe tham than an old diagnosis for a kind of birth defect. However, I nevered learned it and I can't think if of an elegant way to express that idea in concersation that doesn't just use a diffrent ablist term we didn't realize was an old diagnosis like moron.
