Like, sleeping is so damn nice, but I always have a hard time actually conking out

What are some good ways to actually get some Z's?

    I used to have serious trouble sleeping and I don't anymore. I know the specific changes that fixed my sleep, but I don't know what specifically was the most effective. All these things helped though:

    1. Stopped drinking coffee.

    2. Stopped vaping.

    3. Started working out and doing cardio every day.

    4. No longer work inconsistent dogshit hours.
