rainsounds, and if you can't sleep after 30 minutes to an hour, get up and walk around, get a drink, read a book in another room, then try again
your bed is for sleeping, not for lying awake, that's the trick I've heard
On the opposite end of that I like sleeping in various places around my house.
I'm retired though, so I am always napping.
