I probably wouldn't have given a shit if the 'Brennan' guy from 8chan hadn't been on Media Roots Radio and a few other chapo-adjacent podcasts. He's a legitimately interesting guy with a lot to say.
Overall the documentary seems to conclude that the 8chan guys were running Q without a lot of direct connection to the white house or even many Republican sources. This seems plausible and could explain why Q didn't seem to have a lot of narrative coherence. Usually GOP media/politicians are almost 100% on-message with the item of the day - Dr. Seuss, antifa, etc.
The documentary also doesn't make the 'tech censorship' against Q or Trump seem so ridiculous. Not sure how I feel about it. It could have been 2 hours shorter..
Ugh, new age shit is so obnixious and goes hand in hand with fascism.

I'm not very familiar with new age being crypto fash. I've usually seem it linked with liberals. I guess I'm missing something, where should I learn about this?
I don't know about New Age as a whole being crypto fash, but QAnon Anonymous had a great episode with some specific examples of new age people going insane over Q stuff: https://soundcloud.com/qanonanonymous/episode-94-the-new-age-to-qanon-pipeline
Thanks.
Been my experience as well.
I get the sentiment, I have complicated feelings when it comes to New Age.

On the one hand I agree with you; and on the other I think New Age Movement was/is necessary for the modernized person to see their idealized-self and break the mold of the culturally-homogenized-self, so that in the future this can be rejected as the holistic-self is recognized. This is very abstract and poorly explained, I haven't ever tried putting this to words before.
I dunno really the first thing about it outside of that it, Q, and general tinfoil shit and fascism all intersect.
