Activists who say a larger court would give Mr. Biden the chance to appoint a number of liberal justices may be disappointed by his commission. People familiar with its charge from the president said the group will avoid making any recommendations to Mr. Biden or lawmakers.

The Biden administration is making a fuck off commission to get activists off his back.

“I will ask them to, over 180 days, come back to me with recommendations as to how to reform the court system, because it’s getting out of whack,” he told Norah O’Donnell of CBS News.

... the group will avoid making any recommendations to Mr. Biden or lawmakers.

LMAO HALF A YEAR TO MAKE A "RECOMMENDATION"!!!! And there are idiots who will fall for this. This is clearly the Biden administration saying "yeah we like it just the way it is".

I feel bad for the idiots who are going to work for some org spending any of their time trying to lobby the Biden administration on anything 'progressive'.

Yeah, this is all moving too fast for me.

I think we should push for an exploratory probe into what sorts of commission guidelines and timeframes would be appropriate, before we rush into anything this serious

Let's make sure to give the head of the probe a $10 million stipend for research on possible commission outcomes, and that probe head is Hunter Biden
