Yeah I disabled my account this week. Best decision this year so far.
I'm keeping mine (it's an anonymous account purely for local stuff), but I'm damn sure gonna be a lot more careful about engagement.
Her fritter on fdroid and have that be the default app for twitter links.
It proxies it so you aren't giving Twitter any useful data. Then if you want to visit the tweet from your own account, you can open it from there or whatever and they don't have the whole link chain.
Honestly, posting twitter links here is bad opsec. It should default to nitter just because of how much data the b*rd site collects on everything you do.
