    I thought stress made you more likely to gain weight or is that something else?

      Some people overeat as a response to stress so that would do it. Stress on its own can't really affect your weight either way though

      I’ve heard that high cortisol (stress hormone) can cause weight gain, but idk if that’s just some health fad BS or real science.

        I saw that in an interview recently. Diary of a CEO on YouTube with a neuroscientist. Specifically weight gain around the gut.
