Perhaps not in a way that couldn't get reversed by another president, but Biden is well known to be against weed. He's been doing that liberal dance of giving lip service to an issue people care about while not actually doing anything of substance.

It's in the form of "we need more studies" before anything is done. Im guessing those studies will last the length of his presidency
