Similar gravity to Earth, a functioning magnetosphere, and as a bonus, there's the fact that above the cloud layer, while the air isn't breathable, you could walk around with only a breathing apparatus since the acidic stuff is heavy and not present while the temperature is pretty comfortable for humans. Even better, our breathing atmosphere would almost be as buoyant as helium, so flying cities would be possible. Given the wind speeds, people would experience day and night in 2 earth day cycles instead of... once every year or so.

Breathable air is a lifting gas on Venus, and it holds you in a region of the atmosphere that's actually hospitable (temperature-wise, anyway) for humans. The sulphuric acid in the atmosphere does require special materials to withstand, but by contrast, Mars is too cold, has too thin an atmosphere, and there's basically no way to keep the dust out of any settlements there, so machinery will inevitably break down and need to be replaced.
