I don't think you know what incognito mode does.
The only thing that incognito mode does is prevent website data from being stored on your computer. It doesn't hide your internet IP address. It doesn't protect your browser from being fingerprinted. It doesn't protect the information that you give to a website. It only prevents browser data from being saved to your hard drive.
