Destiny is Seth from Street Fighter IV. A seemingly self aware AI inhabiting a machine body powered by a "Tanden Engine" capable of mimicking techniques of other fighters. An impressive warrior no doubt. However, Wolff is Oni, the evolved version of Akuma/Gouki who has been warped from accessing the full power of the Satsui no Hado (Surge of Murderous Intent) and is basically a god of martial arts. Akuma alone demolishes Seth ten out of ten times. And Oni is just that but way stronger.
