We don't have anything close to the full story, and we should assume cops are releasing information that seems to justify their actions and withholding information that would call it into question. If anyone thinks 10 seconds of body cam footage is enough to say this killing was 100% justified, I just don't know what to tell you.
Where was the taser? Where was the pepper spray? Where was taking a few steps forward and restraining a literal child? Why was a gun the very first option, especially in a situation where the cop could have easily killed both people?
