I hope something funny happens, like an old ass actor doing something stupid and fucking everything up, like in 2017
(Also, despite the name, I won't be viewing the On/Our Cinema specials till after tonight, so please, TimHeads and GreggHeads, no OCU spoilers)
You can watch the broadcast for free here: https://therokuchannel.roku.com/watch/9fa7391cda725379b9a0b9013e660b0e/abc-news-live
Judas and the Black Messiah should win but that’s probably not gonna happen. I don’t really care as long as the Chicago Seven movie doesn’t win.
I never got the chance to see it. Did Judas show an understanding of Hampton's ideology?
I want the Zack Snyder super hero movie that's about all life as we know it, making Terrence Malick look like a chump, to clean house.
Steven Yeun or Riz Ahmed should win for best actor, but it'll probably go to Chadwick Boseman because of guilt and performative caring
or to Gary Oldman, because Hollywood hates you and everything you love
Honestly I thought SBCs Abbie was the only good thing about that movie
He's English, right? If he's in the UK somewhere he would have had to be up in the wee hours of the morning.
everyone including the oscars ceremony itself thought Chadwick was gonna win. I'm glad Hopkins won- I love The Father- Chadwick in Ma Rainey's Black Bottom is great but his ending is odd and only works as metaphor
