    Google translate is able to read it and translate, it can't be that bad, can it?

      Normally, handwritten Arabic is a quite a bit more squiggly. This is like writing in victorian cursive to imitate an american's footnote. Looking at the IDF's track record, I'd say it's likely to be staged to some degree

        Techbros are generally obsessed with ASCII more than medieval monks are obsessed with Latin because implementing anything else require actual skill and knowledge in programming, which they do not possess.
