Imo it's an unnecessary layer of abstraction. I got very concerned for a while when I noticed it but I think it's actually good. Can't be berated by your internal monologue if you don't have one
I didn't notice for a couple years. I wasn't very introspective during that period lol
Now, the thinking process is kind of too unconscious for me to describe. It's more natural, like the language process doesn't get in the way of the abstract concepts.

that sounds super alien to me. i guess i don't have an inner monologue some of the time even though i'm thinking, but every time i'm interacting with something i definitely have the inner monologue going on.
