It is a common trope of the right to justify their power and privilege by imagining those they consider below them as sexually promiscuous and animalistic as a contrast to their own cultured, repressed ideals of delayed gratification.

It was done to black people to justify slavery and Apartheid (the obsession over racial difference in genital size that is still around comes from this), it was done to the working class who were said to irresponsibly have too many children and it is being done today when PMC arsewipes moralise over "welfare queens" who have the audacity to be sexually active.

But the thing with raw animalistic sexuality is that it is really hot. The right-wingers are playing themselves as this trope makes them look bland and impotent in comparison. Thus elite imaginations about the promiscuity of the lower classes has never been pure moral condemnation, there has always been a big element of envy and fascination.

Right wing guys want to be cucked by black guys to connect with that sexual drive and energy they feel lacking in themselves. Their ideology prevents them from connecting sexual dysfunction to capitalism and patriarchy so instead they seek out the racist trope of sexually promiscuous black people.

Right wingers are fucking weird, man. Like, the more I look at their politics, the more I think they're motivated by disgust and weird fantasies and imagery that has the barest connection to reality.

A big moral chasm between conservatives and leftists is the feeling of disgust; cons have low disgust thresholds (they are acutely sensitive to disgusting things or disgusting people) and leftists have high disgust thresholds (they can tolerate, even enjoy wallowing in, disgusting things). NYU professor Jonathan Haidt's explanation: the two tribes have different moral palates. What for conservatives counts as moral touchstones -- loyalty, respect, and sanctity -- gets perceived by leftists as "xenophobia, authoritarianism and Puritanism." Conservatives value in-group solidarity, deference to authority, and the protection of purity in mind and body. To liberals, those sincerely held values can look a lot like, in Dr. Haidt's words, "xenophobia, authoritarianism and Puritanism." This asymmetry is the fountainhead of mutual incomprehension and disdain.

It's probably related to why some men like to be subs, and it's just a subset of those dudes who are also racist.
