It's red instead of yellow (though the backgrounds also change colour now), the imp's been replaced by Yahtzee's dog and Yahtzee's avatar now looks kinda like Terry Pratchett

that's why it was silly it stayed in the videos, but surely its still embarrassing

At that point it had already become a part of the Yahtzee character and branding of the show. Without the hat he'd just been a generic ZP stick figure
